\n\tFollowing Showtime<\/a>\u2018s decision not to proceed with a new season of Uncoupled<\/a><\/em> after Netflix<\/a>\u2018s cancellation, the series\u2019 solid is breaking their silence.<\/p>\n \n\tJai Rodriguez, who performed Jonathan #2, took to social media to share his ideas concerning the present getting canceled for good.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cWelp, guess I\u2019m not going to NYC in May to shoot,\u201d Rodriguez posted on Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n \n\tThe Neil Patrick Harris-starring comedy created by Darren Star and Jeffrey Richman premiered all eight episodes of the primary season on July 29, 2022. In January 2023, Netflix canceled the collection after a single season<\/a>. However, a month later, Showtime stepped up and picked up a second season<\/a> of the comedy, which had been delayed because of the writers\u2019 strike.<\/p>\n \n\tFollowing the present\u2019s demise, Dan Amboyer, who performed Harris\u2019s love curiosity, shared a heartfelt message on Instagram.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cSad that there won\u2019t be a season 2 of Uncoupled<\/em> after all,\u201d Amboyer posted<\/a>. \u201cThankful for my experience, would have loved to see this story go on. Had my eyes set on it as soon as I heard about it, originally. One of my favorite projects (to be a small part of)\u2014and a meaningful moment for me to finally play a gay role on screen.
