\n\tOn the crimson carpet, WIF\u2019s board of administrators president Amy Baer emphasised her favourite a part of the annual occasion: championing below-the-line feminine expertise. \u201cThe production designers, the editors, the sound designers, the visual effects artists and the documentarians don\u2019t really get a light shone on them, and it allows us to highlight all of the work that\u2019s being done. Not just the highest-profile work \u2014 which is amazing and great and important. But to highlight everybody raises all women. The more you know, the more you\u2019re inclined to hire them,\u201d she defined. \u201cIt creates a bit of a virtuous cycle.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cNimona\u201d producer Karen Ryan underscored the way in which movie can present younger women that there\u2019s not one \u2018right\u2019 technique to be a girl. \u201cNimona is a female character knows who she is. She\u2019s not trying to find herself or trying to change herself. She just wants community. She wants people to see everything she is and love her for that. I think that\u2019s so relatable. I think so many women feel that way.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
