Kirsten Dunst<\/strong><\/a> is trying again on her time within the Spider-Man<\/em> movie franchise. During a brand new interview, the 41-year-old actress revealed the undesirable nickname she was given on set, stating that she didn\u2019t need to be known as such.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a joke, but on Spider-Man<\/em>, they would call me \u2018girly-girl\u2019 sometimes on the walkie-talkie,\u201d Kirsten advised Marie Claire<\/em><\/a> in an interview that was printed on Tuesday, March 5. \u2018We need girly-girl,\u2019 however I by no means stated something, like, don\u2019t name me that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Feeling minimized by the expertise within the early 2000s, Kirsten identified,\u00a0 \u201cYou didn\u2019t say anything. You just took it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Power of the Dog<\/em> star labored alongside the unique franchise star, Tobey Maguire<\/strong><\/a>, on the time. This isn\u2019t the primary time that Kirsten has revealed a problem with the Sony Pictures franchise. In November 2021, the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind<\/em> actress pointed to the \u201cextreme\u201d pay hole between her and Tobey, 48, whereas they labored collectively.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe pay disparity between me and Spider-Man was very extreme,\u201d she advised The Independent<\/em> <\/a>on the time. \u201cI didn\u2019t even think about it. I was just like, \u2018Oh yeah, Tobey is playing Spider-Man.\u2019 But you know who was on the cover of the second Spider-Man<\/em> poster? Spider-Man and ME.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
