Bradley Cooper<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>had a \u201ccrazy\u201d expertise attempting to get Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>to hitch his 2018 remake of A Star Is Born<\/em><\/a>. Bradley, 49, did an interview with the SAG-AFTRA Foundation on February 12 and revealed that he met with producer Greg Silverman\u00a0<\/strong>to pitch Beyonc\u00e9, 42,\u00a0<\/strong>for the position of Ally, which in the end went to\u00a0Lady Gaga<\/strong><\/a>. Bradley stated that Greg instructed him, \u201cIf you can make it for under $25 million and you can get Beyonc\u00e9, I\u2019ll do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The\u00a0American Sniper\u00a0<\/em>star recalled<\/a> how he met with Beyonc\u00e9, 42, in individual to debate the mission. \u201cI went to Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s house, and JAY-Z<\/a><\/strong> was watching Judge Judy<\/em>, I still remember. I\u2019m not kidding,\u201d Bradly shared. \u201cAnd I was freaking [out]. I remember I had this weird cough when I was pitching it to her.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was crazy. She was incredible and so was he, and we developed it for like a year together,\u201d the Oscar nominee continued. \u201cI mean, she\u2019s one of the greatest people of all time. Then that fell through.\u201d<\/p>\n
