Vin Diesel<\/strong> is the newest leisure trade large to be accused of a sexual-based violation<\/a> in a lawsuit. According to Vanity Fair<\/a>, Diesel\u2019s former assistant, Asta Jonasson<\/strong>, is suing the actor for sexual battery. She reportedly filed in Los Angeles on Dec. 21.<\/p>\n His former worker says the battery incident occurred in 2010 whereas Vin was filming \u2018Fast Five.\u2019 Vin Diesel\u2019s manufacturing firm, One Race, employed Asta to work on location in Atlanta, per the lawsuit.<\/p>\n At the time, Jonasson had reportedly not too long ago graduated from a movie college program in Los Angeles. The submitting describes her obligations as an assistant. Those duties included organizing events, being Diesel\u2019s plus one to events, and staying near him throughout occasions \u201cin case photographs were taken of him with women\u201d whereas his girlfriend wasn\u2019t current.<\/p>\n The incident reportedly occurred throughout a night in September 2010. Several hours later, Vin\u2019s sister, Samantha Vincent, reportedly fired the assistant over the telephone.
