Tyra Banks<\/strong><\/a> is formally 50! The legendary mannequin celebrated her special occasion on December 4 by sharing new makeup-free selfies<\/a> through Instagram. Tyra dazzled in nothing however a comfortable gray gown as she snuggled up on her sofa in entrance of a digital birthday cake. \u201c50. I can\u2019t believe I\u2019ve been on this earth that many years,\u201d her prolonged caption started. \u201cI remember like yesterday my mom\u2019s 50th birthday party and we celebrated her in the biggest way. It was a big one. And now it\u2019s mine.\u201d<\/p>\n

The TV persona went on to disclose that she feels \u201cfiercer\u201d than ever prior to now that she\u2019s reached the large 5-0<\/a>. \u201cSo many fear getting older. That\u2019s understandable. Things just aren\u2019t the same anymore. Our bodies. Our energy. Our minds. But I gotta say, my mind is FIERCER THAN EVER,\u201d she continued. \u201cWise, baby. But still\u2026 I think we have to look at aging and these big milestone years like, \u2018I GET to be that age.\u2019 A Blessing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Because it feels damn good. (What doesn\u2019t feel so good is the damn sciatica I got from falling in a scene in Life-Size 2!!! ),\u201d Tyra joked. She revealed her recommendation on having an ever-changing profession.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don\u2019t have to stay stuck. You can start off doing one thing, and as the years go by, you switch that ish [sic] up,\u201d she penned. \u201cYeah, I started in the fashion world and did the whole magazine covers, catwalks and couture<\/a> thing and more but I have pivoted, baby. Again. You can 2. Can\u2019t stop. Won\u2019t stop. You hear me?!\u201d Before she signed off, Tyra concluded her publish by asserting her subsequent undertaking \u2013 a graphic novel. \u201cI\u2019m co-writing a SMiZE & DREAM graphic novel that\u2019s all about age and dreams and yep, lotsa yummy ice cream. It\u2019s called THE HOUSE OF SMiZE<\/em>. (Y\u2019all helped pick that title!)\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n
