Sleater-Kinney<\/a> have shared a video for his or her new music \u201cSay It Like You Mean It<\/a>.\u201d The band\u2019s Carrie Brownstein directed the music video, and it stars J. Smith-Cameron (who performed Gerri Kellman on Succession<\/em>). \u201cThe video tells the story of a woman who\u2019s lost all sense of what\u2019s appropriate,\u201d Brownstein stated. \u201cSick with the alienation that stems from existing in a disparate emotional state from the person or people closest to her, she grapples with debilitating loss, desires to be seen, and dares you to leave.\u201d Watch the brand new music video under.<\/p>\n \u201cSay It Like You Mean It\u201d is the second single from Sleater-Kinney\u2019s forthcoming album, Little Rope<\/em><\/a>, following \u201cHell.\u201d The new album is out January 19.<\/p>\n
