Meri Brown<\/strong><\/a> and Kody Brown<\/strong><\/a> have had relationship struggles for years, however Meri\u2019s coming to phrases with the truth that her marriage is really over within the November 5 episode of Sister Wives<\/em><\/a>. Ever since Meri, 52, spoke with Kody, 54, on their anniversary, Meri\u2019s been doing \u201ca lot of processing and thinking.\u201d Meri remembers the dialog that she and Kody had on their anniversary the place he principally advised her that their relationship was over for good.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd at one point, he said, \u2018I don\u2019t even know why you called me to say happy anniversary. Meri, you know that we\u2019re never gonna have a relationship again, right?’\u201d Meri remembers. \u201cAnd I said, \u2018Well, I\u2019m okay with working on something.\u2019 He says, \u2018I don\u2019t ever want to go back to what we were.\u2019 And I said, \u2018I\u2019m good with that. I don\u2019t believe in moving back. Let\u2019s move forward. Like, you and I are different people. We don\u2019t even know who each other are right now. Why don\u2019t we just be curious about each other and learn about each other and figure some things out? And he\u2019s like, \u2018I don\u2019t want to. Your life is not one that I want to insert myself into.\u2019 I\u2019m like, okay then.\u201d<\/p>\n Meri reveals that it\u2019s been a few months since that dialog, and there\u2019s been no additional growth. \u201cWe really haven\u2019t had any sort of marriage<\/a> for like 8 years,\u201d she admits. \u201cIt\u2019s disappointing to me because I know the person that he was when we got married. I know the couple that we were.\u201d Christine Brown<\/strong><\/a> admits that she was initially curious about Kody due to \u201chow well he treated Meri.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite this irritating push-pull dynamic<\/a> with Kody, Meri isn\u2019t letting the state of affairs<\/a> mess together with her confidence. \u201cI\u2019m proud of myself. I\u2019m proud of the person that I am. It\u2019s just sad to me that he couldn\u2019t see that there is value to three decades of history,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n Meri totally admits that she doesn\u2019t know what her future seems to be like. \u201cI don\u2019t know if I\u2019m gonna stick around and just keep living life in this family like I have been doing for quite a few years,\u201d she continues. \u201cNot a wife, just a member of the family, right? I can do that. Or I could completely terminate it.\u201d<\/p>\n While splitting up with Kody was by no means one thing she thought would occur, Meri says that Kody \u201cmade it clear that there\u2019s no point to hope.\u201d Meri later provides, \u201cScrew him.
