Emma Roberts<\/strong><\/a>, 32, has been accused of transphobia by her former\u00a0American Horror Story<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>co-star,\u00a0Angelica Ross<\/strong><\/a>, 42. Angelica did an Instagram Live<\/a> on Sept. 19 and claimed that Emma made a merciless remark about Angelica being transgender on the set of\u00a0AHS: 1984\u00a0<\/em>in 2019. According to Angelica<\/a>, the 2 co-stars had been having a dialog when Emma advised director John J. Gray\u00a0<\/strong>that Angelica was being \u201cmean\u201d to her.<\/p>\n \u201cJohn is like, \u2018OK, ladies, that\u2019s enough. Let\u2019s get back to work,\u2019 \u201d Angelica recalled. \u201cAnd she [Emma] then looks at me and she goes, \u2018Don\u2019t you mean lady?\u2019 And she turns around like this and covers her mouth [with her shirt].\u201d Angelica stated that Emma walked away and couldn\u2019t see that the\u00a0Pose<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>star was \u201clooking at her dead a** in the camera,\u201d in shock over what Emma had allegedly stated.<\/p>\n Angelica Ross says that Emma Roberts misgendered her and created an unwelcome working surroundings on the set of \u2018AMERICAN HORROR STORY: 1984\u2019.<\/p>\n She provides that she didn\u2019t report it as a result of one one who did communicate up obtained repercussions for doing so. pic.twitter.com\/xQDVqoVa8q<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 DiscussingFilm (@DiscussingFilm) September 20, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n \u201cI\u2019m like, What the f*** did you just say?\u2019 And I\u2019m standing there looking her dead a** in the damn thing, and I\u2019m like, trying to process what the f*** she just said,\u201d Angelica defined. \u201cI\u2019m standing there, she walked away, my blood is boiling,\u201d the actress continued. \u201cBecause I\u2019m like, \u2018if I say something, it\u2019s gonna be me, that\u2019s the problem.\u2019 And I know this because there was someone who spoke up about what she was doing and they got repercussions from it. Not her \u2014 they did.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSo when I saw that happening, I was just like, \u2018I\u2019m done.\u2019 I didn\u2019t speak to that bitch the entire time after that,\u201d Angelica stated. \u201cSo we had scenes together and I never spoke to her. She said to me she could feel the energy coming off of me. She was like, \u2018Are you okay? You haven\u2019t been talking.\u2019 I\u2019m like, \u2018Mmmhmm.\u2019 Cause, bitch don\u2019t play me. You\u2019ve been playing mind games with everybody on the set. Everybody\u2019s been waiting for the moment that you would get me.\u201d<\/p>\n HollywoodLife\u00a0<\/strong>reached out to Emma\u2019s reps for remark, however we haven\u2019t heard again. Emma has not addressed Angelica\u2019s accusations as of the time of publishing this story.<\/p>\n Angelica and Emma had been each in season 9 of\u00a0American Horror Story<\/em>. The installment, titled\u00a0American Horror Story: 1984<\/em>, adopted the workers of a summer time camp reopening 14 years after a bloodbath. The forged included Emma, Angelica, Leslie Grossman<\/strong><\/a>, Billie Lourd<\/a>,<\/strong> Cody Fern<\/strong>, Matthew Morrison<\/strong>, and Gus Kenworthy<\/strong>. Angelica returned for the next\u00a0<\/em>season,\u00a0American Horror Story: Double Feature<\/em>, whereas Emma didn’t.
