Derek Hough, <\/a><\/strong>38, and\u00a0Hayley Erbert<\/a><\/strong>, 28, are formally married! The attractive couple wed in Monterey County, California, on August 26, and revealed their first wedding ceremony picture to PEOPLE<\/em><\/a>. They shared the marriage picture on their Instagram pages as nicely. Derek and Hayley tied the knot in entrance of 106 friends.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re in a redwood forest, but we got married right in front of this mother tree that\u2019s surrounded by all these smaller trees,\u201d Hayley instructed the outlet. \u201cThey drop all the seeds, and it plants kind of like an army of children to protect the mother. The symbolism of it was beautiful. We\u2019re here, planting our seeds to grow our family.\u201d<\/p>\n

During their ceremony, Derek and Hayley exchanged private and conventional vows. Hayley wore a customized wedding ceremony robe designed by Georgina Chapman<\/strong> from Marchesa<\/strong>. She walked down the aisle to a rendition of Richard Walters\u2019<\/strong> \u201cUnconditional\u201d that the singer rewrote and recorded for the couple. The DWTS<\/em> choose wore a Tom Ford<\/strong> go well with for the ceremony.<\/p>\n

The couple held their wedding ceremony reception in a 100-year-old barn. Famous names on the visitor listing included Jenna Johnson<\/strong>, Shawn Johnson<\/strong><\/a>, Nina Dobrev<\/strong><\/a>, Shaun White<\/strong><\/a>, Alfonso Ribeiro<\/strong>, Freida Pinto<\/strong>, Amy Purdy<\/strong>, Robert<\/strong> and Kym Hejavec<\/strong>, and, after all, Julianne Hough<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Derek and Hayley are each very achieved dancers who met when Hayley joined Derek and Julianne\u2019s MOVE Live Tour in 2014. Their paths then crossed once more when Hayley was employed as a member of the DWTS<\/em> season 21\u00a0<\/em><\/a>troupe, which ended up being one other profitable season for Derek, who was partnered with\u00a0Bindi Irwin<\/strong><\/a>. The couple started courting sooner or later after that however didn’t go public with their relationship till 2017.<\/p>\n
