As Summer slowly creeps nearer, so does Chicago\u2019s Heatwave Music Festival<\/strong>. Heatwave is returning to Chicago for its sophomore yr after an extremely profitable debut. It returns with a loaded lineup and a brand new venue in 2023.<\/p>\n
