Kelly Clarkson<\/a> has responded to allegations that the work surroundings at her hit daytime speak present The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em><\/a> is \u201ctoxic\u201d behind the scenes.<\/p>\n

Despite the manufacturing\u2019s squeaky-clean look, 10 former and one present worker of\u00a0The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em> instructed Rolling Stone they have been bullied and harassed<\/a> by producers, some to the purpose of tears, vomiting and psychological anguish. The staffers, all of whom are stated to be leisure business veterans, stated they have been \u201cunderpaid,\u201d \u201coverworked\u201d and \u201ctraumatized\u201d by the employment expertise.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, Clarkson, 41, launched an announcement in regards to the expos\u00e9 printed on Friday.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn my 20 years in the entertainment industry, I\u2019ve always led with my heart and what I believed to be right,\u201d Clarkson began. \u201cI love my team at The Kelly Clarkson Show,<\/em> and to find out that anyone is feeling unheard and or disrespected on this show is unacceptable.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI have always been, and will continue to be, committed to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment at The Kelly Clarkson Show,<\/em>\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

Clarkson talked about the manufacturing\u2019s just lately introduced transfer from L.A. to New York City<\/a> and wrote that she is \u201cmore committed than ever\u201d to making sure the manufacturing employs solely \u201cthe best and kindest in the business.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Since U Been Gone <\/em>singer stated all members of senior employees, together with Clarkson, will take \u201cleadership training\u201d programs.<\/p>\n

In the Rolling Stone article, all 11 of the nameless sources agreed that Clarkson was seemingly unaware of how extra junior employees members have been being handled on set. They claimed govt producer Alex Duda, who was known as \u201ca monster\u201d by one former staffer, shields Clarkson from complaints in regards to the \u201ctoxic\u201d work surroundings Duda allegedly created.<\/p>\n
