Kroy Biermann<\/b>\u2018<\/a>s response to Kim Zolciak<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s divorce filing has started a legal war between the estranged couple<\/a>. In Kroy\u2019s petition for divorce, which was obtained by TMZ<\/em><\/a> on May 9, the 37-year-old ex-NFL star is in search of sole bodily and authorized custody of his and Kim\u2019s 4 kids<\/a>, Kroy Jr.<\/strong>, 11, Kash<\/strong>, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kaia<\/strong> and Kane<\/strong>. Kim, 44, requested for major bodily custody and joint authorized custody of the youngsters when she filed for divorce on May 1.<\/p>\n

Kroy can also be reportedly asking for \u201cpossession\u201d of the exes\u2019 Georgia mansion that went into foreclosures<\/a> in February, after it was almost auctioned off. Kroy reportedly needs the Real Housewives of Atlanta <\/em><\/a>alum to \u201cvacate the property,\u201d per TMZ<\/em>.\u00a0To make issues extra awkward, TMZ <\/em>reported that Kroy and Kim are each nonetheless residing of their Georgia dwelling<\/a>, regardless of the divorce struggle that\u2019s raging on.<\/p>\n
